Wakamow Place Mental Health Group Home, Independent Living Services and both the Mental Health and Addiction Outreach Services all require potential clients to obtain a referral from a local (Moose Jaw/Swift Current area) Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) clinician in order to access services.
